Fullscreen Sound On
teenage engineeringSENSE presents WORN RESONANCE a collaborative exploration shaped in dialogue with teenage engineering distinctive instrumentation, investigating the tactile nature of analog decay and sonic entropy. at the center of this project is the tape loop — a delicate, imperfect tool that repeats sound in a cycle. as the tape moves, it wears down and picks up small distortions, adding new layers and surprises each time it plays. this simple loop becomes both the source of sound and a symbol of slow decay. by letting the tape wear out and the machine show its age, WORN RESONANCE turns the passing of time into something you can hear and see. It rejects the idea of perfect digital sound and instead celebrates the beauty of imperfection, change, and loss.ProjectServiceYearCopenhagen Design Week (Other Circle) Concept, Brand Experience, Production2025
